Traditional Italian stone town house of 180 sq m, fully renovated. The house is located in the medieval mountain village of Roccacasale with stunning views of the Peligna valley and the surrounding mountains from every window and especially the roof terrace.
The house avails of 6 rooms plus 4 bathrooms over 4 floors, a roof terrace and a small garden.
On the ground floor there is a large room with bathroom (bath and shower), this room is separate from the rest of the house. Above this room, on the first floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, all in dark wood and a fireplace. The house is 90 minutes from Rome, 40 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes to skiing at Roccaraso and a mountain trail starts 2 minutes around the corner. It is in the Majella National Park and is perfectly situated for all of Abruzzo's other national and regional parks in a peaceful location but close to good transport links to Rome and Pescara.
