It takes about an hour to reach the beaches of the Adriatic sea (Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche, 60 km) while the wonderful ski slopes of Ussita and Bolognola on the Sibillini mountains can be reached in 45 minutes. Castelluccio di Norcia (50 km) is an amazing place known for the blooming flowers that create a colorful mosaic, according to the different crops. The nearest airport is in Ancona, 108 km far (about 1 hour by car).

The main farmhouse has a total surface of 180 sqm, on three levels.
The structure includes a wide kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 balconies and 4 pantries. It is entirely restored and furnished and includes undefloor heating, solar panels, photovoltaic system, condensing boiler and fireplace.
