The dwelling on the ground floor was restored and inhabited till 2015. It includes finishes and systems and is composed of living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The ground floor is bigger and includes a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 75 sqm. The two dwellings have been used as a single one of 128 sqm till 2015.
Taking the stairs you can reach the lower floor that was used as workshop, so it doesn’t have finishes. It is composed of the entrance and the room used as joinery of 65 sqm.
