Palazzo Mascio is a prestigious and finely restored building of the eighteenth century situated on the border of the hamlet of Mennella, at the slopes of Mainarde in the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. It has mantained its old structure with vaults, walls and arches made of stone. The property is laid out over three floors: ground, first and second floor plus an attic that could be used to create 2 bedrooms.
On the ground floor you find a wide courtyard with vaults and the original floor made of river stones, the cellar, the bar corner, a broom closet, the dining room, a former cellar where there is a wine vat in perfect condition, the place where the kids used to press grapes and the juice were poured in the vats.
