In the sunny valley of Belluno. 
Few minutes from the medieval village of Mel.
Facing one side the Dolomites mountains, on the other one the sweet hills that go down to the famous wine area of Prosecco and down till Venice (1.5 hour).
Near the Zumelle castle (visible form the fruit garden) where you can enjoy medieval activities and events for all the family or romantic evenings in the tower magic atmosphere.

There lies this beloved house, founded before the 1800, restored on the 1998.
With the big open space of the living room and the kitchen at the ground floor, where the heart of the house beats in the traditional stube, the cellar the service room, a big toilet and the stone and wood stair that goes upstairs.
At the upper floor you can enjoy the three wide bedroom with access to the first floor wood terrace, exposed to the sun all year long. A common toilet and a private toilet for the main bedroom. Another stair leads you to the attic.

The structure of the house is still original, with 50 cm thick stone walls and the ancient wooden ceilings and floors. Where the wood was not any more usable it was changed with full respect to materials. The stone walls are, here and there, visible, to better enjoy the atmosphere of the ancient home.
The power, heating and water systems are modern and grant the practical comfort for the family all year long. 

All the custom made furniture is tailor made and merge naturally in the house.

The land outside is wide and connected directly to a most beautiful woods, walk paths and to the fascinating creek and its blue caves of water few minutes’ walk.
Fruits such as cherry, peaches, figs, khaki, apples, plums and, of course, grapes grow here and make the garden a real Eden. Also, the house is connected to horse riding official paths and a three horses stable is part of the property.
on the back, a porch is directly connected to the kitchen and cellar entrance.
