The farmhouse extends over an area of about 10 hectares characterized by a splendid environmental biodiversity that includes steep tuff cliffs, coppice woods, wetlands and dry areas.
It is located a few hundred meters from the ancient Tuscan village of Peccioli which dominates the Era valley, along the route that leads from Volterra to Pisa, where magnificent examples of medieval architecture are revived. Secular olive trees and rows of vines alternate in the fields kept in continuity with the most ancient agricultural wisdom. Further on, the woods and paths extend as far as the river at the bottom of the valley. The environment is ideal for walking or mountain biking on the beautiful bike path of the country, and naturally invites trips and excursions starting directly from the house of the farm down into the woods bordering the farm that leads to the bank of the river Era.

Located in the ancient part of the farmhouse prior to 1600 and inside a sauna is installed for total relaxation of our guests. The room is equipped with 1 bathroom.

Torre Suite
Located in the ancient part of the farmhouse prior to 1600, on two levels with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Apartment Suite
The central apartment in the new part is on two levels with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a patio with kitchen facing the garden.

Moreover there is the manager apartment with 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom, kitchen and lounge area.

The Restaurant, furnished in a rustic and refined design, that characterizes all the rooms of the farmhouse. During winter dinner is served in the ancient canteen of 1600 with stone-faced walls in both rooms, and a typical fireplace where you can warm yourself up, reading books in the lecture area nearby.

Closed to the farmhouse there is the cantine (around 200 square meters) with oaks and all the tool to prepare, maintain and bottle the wine produced from the 5 hectar vineyard within the property.
