It is situated in a holiday resort with an important thermal bath (Terme of Vinadio) that are open all year. There is the possibility to do cross-country skiing in Winter and near the property there are also French ski resort, only 30 km from the boundary. The sea is close both the Italian and the French one (French Riviera- Côte d'Azur)
