In 30 minutes by car you can reach the most well-known towns of Umbria and Tuscany, like Assisi, Cortona, Città della pieve, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Perugia. The country house enjoys an position of absolute quietness but it is also near the main facilities (pharmacy, banks, supermarkets, clinics).
