The house is easily reachable from the A1 highway exit Chiusi – Chianciano Terme which is at just 10 km. The closest centre with facilities (supermarket restaurants, bars, kiosk, post office, bank) is Chiusi – Castiglione del Lago at about 4 km.
In Chiusi – Chianciano there’s also the train station that allows to easily reach Roma, Firenze and Milano. The property is in the municipality of Castiglione del Lago where the main and characteristic hamlets of both, Umbria and Tuscany, can easily be reached from. Within about 20 – 25km you can reach Montegabbione, Monteleone d’Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Parrano, Orvieto, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme, Cortona, Cetona. In about one hour and half you can also reach major cities such as Roma, Firenze, Arezzo, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to other areas as the Orcia or the Chiana Valley.
