As Larino is located in a peaceful and green area on the hills of Molise with breath-taking views, very close to the seaside and the mountains, this house offers the chance to spend Summer and Winter holidays by easily accessing seaside and skiing resorts while enjoying mild weather. The house is structured into two levels and it is made up of an entrance with a small storage room and a stairway leading to the first floor, composed of a bright and large living room and two bedrooms, large and small, provided with two balconies with a wonderful view of the countryside and the village. A big bathroom is accessible from the living room, three steps lead to the kitchen and a large terrace which guarantee a splendid view of the alley.
