Solid stone house of the beginning of 1900. It is required a light restoration. It is 10 km from the path of the Queen (sentiero della Regina), part of the Italian path (sentiero Italia) and of the Grande Escursione Appenninica (itinerary on the Appennines), near the hermitage of Montecasale and Cerbaiolo, part of the trail of Saint Francis, part La Verna-Assisi, called Via Francigena of San Francesco, via di Roma, Wien-Rome. The highway of the two seas, Fano-Grosseto, under construction, is about 10 km far. On 27 december 2022, the Italian Government allocated 150 million euros to upgrade the Guinza tunnel Fano-Grosseto which will be able to connect Umbria and Tuscany with the Marches.
