Solid stone house of the beginning of 1900. It is required a light restoration. It is situated in the histerland of Pesaro, at the border with Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometre from the “massa trabaria” (from the Latin, trabs-trabis, beam, where 2200 years ago the Romans used to go to take the huge plants to make the beams for the buildings in Rome, carried on the Tiber) near the birthplace of Piero della Francesco (30 km), Raffaello Sanzio (45 km), Donato Bramante (40 km), Michelangelo Buonarroti (45 km), in an untoched area from a ecological and natural point of view. It is 10 km from the path of the Queen (sentiero della Regina), part of the Italian path (sentiero Italia) and of the Grande Escursione Appenninica (itinerary on the Appennines), near the hermitage of Montecasale and Cerbaiolo, part of the trail of Saint Francis, part La Verna-Assisi, called Via Francigena of San Francesco, via di Roma, Wien-Rome. The highway of the two seas, Fano-Grosseto, under construction, is about 10 km far. On 27 december 2022, the Italian Government allocated 150 million euros to upgrade the Guinza tunnel Fano-Grosseto which will be able to connect Umbria and Tuscany with the Marches. Funds have also been allocated for the link roads to the E 78 and exactly the Carpegna-Sant'Angelo in Vado and the Fabriano-Fossombrone.
