At the ground level you will find a reception, 1 washroom and 1 large living room.
The first floor includes the kitchen, 1 washroom, 1 bedroom and a living room.
When you walk to the second floor you will have 3 bedrooms and 1 washroom.
The third floor has 1 bedroom and 1 washroom.

Solar panels for hot water and electricity will help to save energy.
The conditions of this house are immaculate!

The NUR is situated in a hamlet that dates back to 1000, not far from Sondrio (we are exactly 8 km away). Tresivio is a beautiful hamlet and sought-after destination, 600 metres above the sea level. The landscape is really suggestive, between sunlit slopes and lush pre-Alps. This town is the capital of Valtellina and is located on the valley floor, between the Rhaetian Alps and Bergamasque Alps, places of magnificent beauty to practice different sports: skiing, climbing, trekking, paragliding, etc..
It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the golf course and the Adda river to go kayaking.
The wonderful Bormio with the famous Roman thermal baths is only 60 km from the property.
The house is situated 43 km from Livigno, 36 from St. Moritz and 60 km from the International Airport of Bergamo-Orio al Serio.
