The Cerreto is a local farmhouse located in the village of Selci in Sabina (Rieti). It is about 50 km far from Rome and 10 minutes from the toll booth Ponzano Soratte. Immersed in the nature, the structure is about 200 sqm plus 80 sqm of communal space. 
It is situated near the Farfa Abbey and the Vescovio Sanctuary, is also easily reachable from Rome through the A1 motorway exit Ponzano-Soratte. Surrounded by unspoilt nature, the Cerreto is an old farmhouse of the end ‘800, updated following the principles of spontaneous and rural architecture.

To escape from the chaotic life of the city, your stay in this retreat of peace will be completely relaxing. The Cerreto is the ideal location for short holidays, private parties, lunches and convivial dinners. The property is located on a plot of 2 hectares with a large garden, olive groves, orchards and a swimming pool with Roman steps. There are 3 apartments and 4 rooms with all amenities, and can accommodate up to 15 people.
The farm “Il Cerreto” has 3 independent apartments, all recently renovated and furnished in a classical style. The apartments are equipped with central heating, oven, refrigerator, TV, dishes, cookware, linens for the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom.
There are 4 double rooms furnished in rustic style, all with private bathrooms.
In summer, in the vast park there is a swimming pool with sun terrace, deck chairs and umbrellas.
There is also another building of 50 sqm.
