The house is located in Castellina in Chianti (Siena) - in the heart of Chianti Classico – in a mid-way between Florence and Siena, both reachable in around 30 minutes. This place is immersed in Tuscany side that offers the most charming landscape, artistic attractions and the gastronomic traditions and of this region: from here you can easily reach the historic old towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Certaldo, but also the medieval hamlets of Gaiole , Panzano, Radda and Greve in Chianti. Castellina in Chianti is also a charming medieval hamlet that offers many attractions such as the Chianti Festival, the archaeological Museum and other events and initiatives taking place all year long.

The House

The property is located about one kilometre from the historic centre of Castellina in Chianti, in a residential area, in a panoramic position.
