Every room looks out onto the garden which has been created in such a way that it blends harmoniously between the interior and the exterior of the property. A permanent stillness and calmness permeates throughout the entire property.
State of repair The house was completed restored in 1980 with high quality traditional materials: original beams, high quality cotto tiles. The bathrooms are all finished to the same high quality and differ only according to their layout and location. The properrty is calm and elegant. In 2000 a beautiful swimming pool was added which brings an even more idyllic feel to the property. The grounds and gardens are planted with lavender bushes, rose bushes, cocooned in individual areas by laurels.

The historical towns of Florence, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Orvieto and Chianciano are only a short distance away, as well as the many thermal spring resorts such as San Casciano, Bagno Vignoni, and San Filippo, which also add to the many attractions of this area. |
